Climbing Log
Leo has a notebook where he writes down all the routes he has sent. On the most difficult ones, he writes down details such as how many sessions or attempts it took him to achieve it. He also draws the routes from start to finish, "I draw the handholds, the footholds, I describe the type of grip, if it's good or bad," Leo tells us. And he goes on to say that when he goes to sleep, "I always think about climbing. If I have a project route, I do all the steps in my head and then I fall asleep."
